KANSAS IS A DIRECT ACCESS STATE! This means you are not required to have a prescription to receive physical therapy services. If you do have a referral from your physician, you are able to take that referral to any provider.
KC Mobile Mommy is a mobile concierge physical therapy provider whom provides services within your home. There is no brick and mortar treatment space available at this time. KC Mobile Mommy is out of network with all insurance providers, but can provide a superbill to allow you to self submit if you desire.
Rates
By not billing insurance, it allows us to direct your treatment in whichever way best suits you. If you'd like to spend our time treating one condition at a visit, then switch gears at the next visit...I get it! Let's do it! Initial evaluations and treatments are 1:1 sessions for 60 minutes.

Free! During this 15 minute call, we will discuss briefly an overview of your current issues and goals for therapy to ensure I am the right provider for you!
initial evaluation
$150 This will be our first session together. This one hour session will focus on your medical history, birthing history and current condition. It will also include a musculoskeletal evaluation and assessment. KC Mobile Mommy will not perform internal pelvic examinations. Next, we will establish goals together to address your concerns, answer questions you have, establish a plan of care, treatment plan, and timeline.
follow up
$150 This is any session after our initial evaluation. Treatments are custom and tailored to you, and an hour long. Treatments may comprise of manual therapy, education, further assessment, exercise instruction and activity modification.

Cancellations
Emergencies and illnesses happen. However, outside of those, all cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to accommodate other patients.
